...Glenna's comments on the Activity Book

Congratulations on pursuing your interest in learning the basics of face reading! Hopefully, you'll have completed each activity before you compare your observations with Glenna's responses to the following pages.

Look Before You Leap (to conclusions)

How difficult was it for you to just write your initial thoughts and reactions without getting too analytical at this stage?

Remember, when we make our first impressions of people, we often make snap judgements and never think consciously of what those judgements are, whether or not they are accurate, how those judgements colour our interactions with that individual and so forth.

One of the many things I find of great value within the face reading tools is the fact that by learning to apply these techniques, we gain a more compassionate comprehension of the person which makes us less judgemental.

Seeing The Emotions

Are you getting the idea that emotional expressions are not as clear-cut as you once assumed?

With practice, you can become very skilled at recognising separate, then blended emotions in facial expressions.

Which Is Which?

Email me your thoughts on this activity and I'll send you mine so we can do a comparison!

Finding The Right Words and Puzzling Emotions

You already have the answers on page 30 in Your Activity Book of Face Reading.
