looking at an individual, many of us have the tendency
to focus on that person's right hand side of the face
and see that half of the face with a mirror image. Thus
we see the person's projected or public self.

seeing the individual's left hand side of their face
in mirror image, it is possible to get a sense of that
person's personal or "real" self.
