first stage of the programme is to benchmark current skills and
behaviours through psychological profiling, 360° feedback and
observation of actual behaviours. participants are observed by trained
assessors whilst they participate in a range of realistic scenarios that
mimic your organisation making the development centre programme wholly
relevant. participants may, for example, be given exercises that
demonstrate their negotiation skills, their ability to perform in a
crisis, their leadership and communication style, etc

next stage of the process is to give written and one-to-one feedback
based on a systematic assessment of their performance based on
competencies and a development plan for each candidate
