Calle La Seba, Punta Mujeres

Built in 1987, the four bed roomed house is situated on the waterfront at the northern end of the fishing village of Punta Mujeres. (Population less than 2,000).

The house enjoys spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, especially from the private balcony, which is adjacent to the Master bedroom. The drive from the modern Airport situated on the outskirts of the island capital (Arrecife) takes less than half an hour, but the contrast from the tourist areas on the island is complete.

The nearest Hotel or nightclub is approximately 17 kilometres away at Costa Teguise and the overwhelming majority of people in the village speak only Spanish.

The combination of year round sunshine, peace and uninterrupted sea views make this the ideal place to relax.

Prices for 2007 are 65 euros per night for up to two people, with an additional 15 euros per night per person for extra guests.
